Today marks the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse — a rare, high-energy, and transformative year that occurs just once every 60 years. It symbolizes intense passion, rapid growth, freedom, and bold action… prompting significant changes in personal life, career, and global events. If there was ever a year to be bold, this is it!

A special time of year calls for a special menu. For the next two weeks (February 18 – March 2), come celebrate Chinese New Year with Bo Lings! We've put together a curated menu packed with bold flavors, traditional favorites, and a few showstoppers you won't want to miss.
