We hosted a great group for the taping of One Kansas City Radio 's discussion on the upcoming Moon Festival.

The Dragon Boat Festival is a national holiday in China and the 16th Annual International Dragon Boat Festival will take place in Kansas City on the Country Club Plaza's Brush Creek

Bo Lings guests had the opportunity to meet owners Theresa (Far Ling) and Richard (Bo) at this unique combined cooking class, demonstration and tasting.

Our team was fortunate to sit down last week with Jackie Nguyen, owner extraordinaire of Cafe Cà Phê, Kansas City's first Vietnamese coffee shop, for a discussion on multi-cultural Asian traditions surrounding the Lunar New Year.

One of the staples of dim sum, Siu Mai is a handmade wrapper filled with seasoned chicken and shrimp that is formed into a round dumpling and steamed. Definitely a dim sum favorite!
