From the opening of Bo Lings in 1981, Richard and Theresa felt like they had to learn a lot of things backwards, through much trial and error, to get the restaurant to where it is today.

This Cantonese staple is made with flat, wide rice noodles (called hor funn), bean sprouts, onion and beef or chicken.
